He is so nice and he explains things well, so the average person can understand. Maggie, his office manager, can tell you what your insurance will pay and what you will owe, normally the same day, right after the Dr sees you. Her accent is a little hard to understand at first, but give it a little time - she's awesome. He's gone through some staff changes, but all have been fantastic!
