Confusing

I had a hard time deciding whether or not I liked this clinic. I did find them very pushy about buying services (many unnecessary) and, as someone who had been looking for a new vet, way more expensive than most vets in the area. I felt as though it was my checkbook they were much more interested in than my pet. However, when it turned out my dog had some serious health issues, not a surprise or why would we be there, they were kind and caring; they treated my animal with respect. In the end, I had to decide not to like them because they pushed too hard about "buy this, buy that"; had they been able to earn a dime on my pet's death, I think they would have pushed for something more.

Frustrating Experience

I was quoted information when I called to set the appointment and when it came to check out, I was treated like an uneducated moron when I advised what I was quoted. The doctor actually told me that their clinic was not the "Ben Taub of animal clinics." I have never been made to feel more worthless than at this visit and I will NEVER take another animal to that clinic. A friend of mine advised me that I shouldn't go before I set the appointment because the staff was not caring, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and make my own decision. Please don't make the same mistake.
