Terrible

We brought our daughter to tenafly pediatrics and were extremely disappointed with the staff and medical care. It is very difficult to get an appointment and if you have an emergency you might as well go to the closest ER. Our daughter fell when she was five months old and I was told by the receptionist to clam down and call back in 10 minutes. I called 911 and within minutes the local police and ambulance were at my house. My daughter was brought to the ER where she was examined and treated properly. A week after the fall, my husband faxed a written requested to tenafly pediatrics for our daughter's medical records in order to change pediatrics. Only then did our Daughters pediatrician call to inquire as to what happened and how our daughter was feeling. We now have a new pediatrician (Dr. Materetsky - pediatric specialist) who is excellent.
