Liar! False Advertisement!

I had used this coupon before which they mailed to the neighborhood for different month specials. The last time, I showed the couple to the cashier and they will make adjustment. But this time, the cashier told me I had to show the man, who prints receipt from the machine outside, to adjust it. So I went outside to show the coupon to the man but he said I was too late that I had it to show him before he printed out the receipt which the coupon didn't mention anything like that. He said I had to pay the full price. I got so mad! Their service is not that good but since I got the coupon so would love to save some $$ from Not Do it myself. The last time, I gave the different of the coupon to the guy, who did the car wash, for tips. This time, I am really upset. Will never go back again! False Advertisement! Any Lawyer could help me out, please email me!
