misleading appointment times

When my appointment was scheduled I was told it was for 11:15, so as usually I showed up a little early. When I checked in I was told that 11:15 was my check in time and that my appointment time was not until 11:50. They were running late so I didn't get in until after 12. The staff is friendly, but I would recommend NOT showing up early for any appointments.
