Animal Abuse caught on web cam

I have only been to Riley's Ruff House once, and that will be the last time ever! I am surprised the place hasn't been shut down yet. The owner was very friendly and assured me my little dog would be fine there. She encouraged me to check her web cams to watch her play, but when I did so, I was shocked to find not only that most of the dogs were not playing, but witnessed the same friendly owner violently dragging my baby out of a room! I kept checking to see when she would be put back in the room, but didn't see her the rest of the day. I wanted to see what they would say, and when picked my little girl up, I was told she had played the day away. This business seems to be based on lies, and I sincerely hope people will think twice before taking their pets to this place. I am also curious if any one else has noticed abuse as well?

uncomfortable leaving my dog

I recently stopped by to inquire about services, and found the place to be unorganized and out of control. The woman I spoke to did not seem to know about dog behavior and sugested things to help socialize my dog that turned out to be incorrect when I talked to my dog trainer. I also noticed they did not keep the place clean, and urine was on the floor. I would not turst them to watch my dog.

my Husky loves it there!

drop her off in the morning, watch her playing on the web-cam during the day, and pick her up later in the afternoon when she's wiped out from playing all day...easy as that. i know she's safe and having fun...

needs improvement

Riley's Rocks!
