Practice has gone downhill

Dr Lucas was really good when I first started seeing her nine years ago. Since she moved into her new quarters, she seems more interested in her computer record keeping than her patient. I recently sent her a letter expressing my concern that according to her staff, she was only prescribing certain maintenance medications for six months at a time based on a LEGAL opinion, not a medical opinion. I requested a response. It has been almost six months, and she has not responded to my request. She has gone a long way from being a physician who would call back promptly and respond appropriately. Her office staff is very frustrating to deal with. Some times, I have wondered where she found such incompetent people.

Best Doctor I've Had

Not only is Dr. Lucas caring, thorough and thoughtful, my experience with the rest of her staff has been the same. It's been a long time since I was loyal to (and happy with) a doctor, but I am with Dr. Lucas.

Great place

I have been going to Dr. Lucas for 10 years now. Everytime I am sick I call when they open and they get me in that day usually no later then an hour or 2. I have always been treated with respect from everyone...

Seems disinterested

Average doctor I guess. I left her practice because she seems disinterested in her patients and more interested in what she's wearing on any given day. Her PA was good though. Horrible cold office staff.
