Difficult to pull off for any but the best chefs, the food here parallels the 13,000 elevation views... Take incredibly fresh and high quality ingredients, pair them with simple yet innovative preparations, combine them with your choice of dining companions and ready yourself for an amazing experience. The bar menu is refreshing, and a great way to sample the food. There isn't a bad seat in the house, or a bad dish on the menu. ENJOY!!
