Really a nice atmosphere. Good food and good service. The prices for lunch are reasonable but for dinner are a bit pricy for me. I suppose for any steak house the dinner price is fair. I recommend you try.

Great Steaks, everything else OK

I haven't been here in about 6 months, but used to go in at least monthly for a year prior. This place makes a fantastic steak. They use Harris Ranch beef which is probably the best you can get in CA. Unfortunately, everything else left a bit to be desired. The veggies seemed to be frozen, boiled mixed veggies and a small potato. The bread seemed to be re-heated albertsons bread. The other meals, beyond the steaks, are OK, but not worth the cost. If I am craving a really good steak, I will go here, but everything else leaves a bit to be desired.

Jakes Steakhouse has really good food. The service has always been good the couple of times that I have eaten here. They are not as good as a more popular restaurant like the Outback, but the prices are right.
