Premier Health Club and Indoor Pool in the Heart of Midtown
I practice my "8point Muay Thai" and Submission Grappling skills at Kang's Martial Arts in Teaneck my kids train their Taekwondo their as well. It is a comfortable, fun, safe, and family oriented atmosphere. The instructors Jeremiah Rodeman, Grand D. Kang, and Master D.J. Kang are some of the best in the area. I advise all people near their interested in athletics to come and check it out!
