poor coustomer service

i have shoped a carols for years and i only shop there out of conveinence, its on my way home from work. they have always had the rudest people there, i think the bad attitudes come from the owner, if you have ever met her you know what i'm talking about. wish their were more placec in town to buy pinkys...

Unfriendly Employees, Poor Selection, High Prices

I've been to this store many times and never had a problem. The employees were helpful and friendly. I've literally spent hundreds of dollars there. However, last time I went there is the last time I will ever go there again. There is one girl with dark hair who has worked there a long time that is very unfriendly to say the least. I bought 3 medium rats to feed my snake and when she started stuffing them in a box that was 4in x 4in x 6in I asked her politely if they had any extra boxes from their stock. She comes back with a box that is literally 20.5in x 10.5in x 10.5in. I though wow that is a big damn box right? But I thought maybe that's the smallest she could find. So I payed and we left. On the way out all the boxes from their fish were stacked outside the front door which is where she went to get my box. I noticed that there were several that were easily half the size of the one that she gave me. I thought well ok I'm not sure why she would do that. Then when we got home I opened the box to find that not only had she given me the most gigantic box they had she had left the Styrofoam shipping box in if from their fish along with the black trash bag that lined it and all the empty bags that the person who had opened the fish that day had thrown in there. If this girl is so jaded about helping customers she needs to quit. Anyway it's a rinkey dink little pet store with a small selection and everything is over priced.
