Sara's class is great for someone who is just getting into yoga for the first time while pregnant. For experienced yogis it might be a little too much talking and not enough yoga.

My daughter and I took mommy and baby yoga. It was a good break for us and we met other moms/babies. But I didn't learn much yoga. Too distracting with the baby there.
