Never a good experience

Our dining in experience, the waitress gave our table away right under our nose, so rude! Gave it another go and got a pizza to go, completely burnt all around the edges. Never again.

Disappointing

West Side was recommended during a chance encounter on a Tahoe trail with an acquaintance of the owner. At West Side while ordering I met the owner and told him why I'd come--a recommendation by Alisha. "I know eight Alishas," he replied and walked out the door without thanking me for my business. A bit disappointing... Still, I was looking forward to pizza. But was again disappointed to learn that I had purchased a meal for me and my date that we simply could not enjoy or finish. Disappointing. Disappointing customer appreciation. Disappointing quality. Especially in the worst recession since 1930. That's life.
