Sorry but we don't have your order

Okay, so I ordered dinner with Papa John tonight and I was told to wait 45 mins. Well, almost 2 hrs later and still no pizza I called them and the girl said, "there's no order under your phone # today". I said so what does that mean (remember I'm getting upset) and she said well, don't get mad because there's nothing showing in my computer. Ok people, when you got kids to feed and you've waited that long to be told your order is not in their system, isn't it normal to get upset. Then they tell me they would charge me half price and still wait 45 mins for my pizza, is just wrong. My pizza should now be free and I should NOT be waiting another 45 mins. They also wanted me to tell her the name of the girl that took the order. According to the guy I talked to it must have been their boss that took my order, wow, that means the boss doesn't even know what she's doing out there. That's scary. So remember! When it comes to ordering with the Papa Johns Syracuse UT restaurant, be prepared to cook dinner because there is a good chance your pizza is not show up at all.

take out by michael b. at InsiderPages

great take out and delivery pizza .delivery is slow but its right on antelope road which makes it easier to pick it up yourself, I like the hawaiian pizza the best.
