I went for a cut and color. The cut was good, but the color didn't come out as good. She didn't pull it all the way through to the ends like she should have. I think she was busy cutting someone else's hair...

I'm happy I found a good salon in Surprise!

I have checked out a few salons in the area after moving out to Surprise. I didn?t think I would be able to replace my stylist I left in Paradise Valley but I have! THANK GOODNESS! The staff is very friendly...

Beware - my hair was RUINED!!!

This place is a joke- Don't go there. My hair was RUINED and I have had to cut it off into a very short crop (I was growing it for my weddin in 4 months). The highlight was left on too long and my hair broke off for weeks. The girl (I think she was the mangager or owner?) that did it left me in the chair with the foils on my head forever by myself to go talk on her phone. She had SO much drama to tell me about in her life and I walked out a stressed out mess and out of $100.00. Beware of this place.

Worst experience ever

Horrible customer service and my stylist was Annette. She gave me the worst hair cut ever. When I called to get back in I let the front desk know and said they would have her call me back and she never did! Way to treat a good paying client

I love Atttitudes

Charlotte rocks! She is the best in the business. I drive 45 minutes out to Surprise for her to cut my hair. And to top it off she is a former fitness model and spokesmodel!

Always a great experience!

I am Miss Picky when it comes to my hair and Carmen does amazing color! She is very professional and I am always very satisfied. Additionally, Rozanna does great facials and I just had her tint my brows....
