poor customer service

I called four times and left two voicemail to try to make a reservation for a Sunday ride. Finally, on Sunday, someone picked up the phone, only to tell me "uhhhh, i don't think we have time for a 2.5 hour ride today." Well maybe if they had paid any attention to my prior voicemails, I could have made a reservation. In any case, it is clear they don't need my business. I was planning to start riding there every other week, paying them 55 to 85 bucks each time, but I guess they don't need the money....
