Terrible

This salon's hairstylist so #%@#. do not go here. The hair stylist Geroge is better cut man's hair but not woman. I do not have much hair and he done to much layer for me and I want keep the length and he cut my hair for about 12 inches long. I told him that I just want to fix my dry hair problem but he did not listen. I left this salon, cried, called another salon, and had them fix my hair.

Watch Out!

This looks like a high-tech Japanese hair salon and the Japanese are doing some cool stuff with hair now but my cut from Jon is a disaster! I went in for an initial consultation, thought he understood exactly what I wanted and then made an appointment for the cut. His english seemed good enough and he seemed to understand and remember what I wanted, I even showed him photos. I walked out in shock.. still am. Going to return tomorrow and ask for a refund because I don't think this can be fixed.....
