Slow, inconsiderate service

I have been going to Girl Loves Boy for a few years now and always put up with the slow service because Dorothy did a nice job with my hair. However, the appointment would always be at least 3o minutes late. The final straw occured on my birthday when I came in for a cut and blow dry and explained that I needed to have my hair cut done at the scheduled time. After waiting for 30 minutes, they still weren't ready for me and I had to leave without getting my hair done. I hate to whine but it was my birthday and it was a treat for me to get my hair done before I had to get my son from school. I left the salon feeling ugly and a bit dejected. They never apologized and I was shocked to have been treated so callously!
