Kross's has been there for years. It is a neighborhood bar and frequented by the same patrons. The drinks are reasonably priced and it is a fun place to go with friends. They even occassionally have a band....

Horrible Customer Service!!!

This place was great before the current owners took over. They screwed up our carry-out order and when we went back to get it corrected 2 TIMES, it still wasn't right!!! We asked for our money back on the items that were poor quality or incorrect. Only the owners can give money back. We got a call from the owner who didn't apologize once and said it was our fault for not letting his employees make our meal again. Should it really take them 3 times to get it right? Keep in mind, this was a carry-out. So, for one disaster of a meal, we drove down there 3 times. That's my last visit to Kross's. It's a shame. It was one of my favorites growing up.
