How disappointing!

My son and I have loved going to Avalon for several years and our last 3 visits have been extremely disappointing. Lack of service people and then lack of service period is a major issue. There is never a manager in sight and the lack of leadership is causing issues! I hope they git a grip on it soon - I would hate to see this place close!
