Not so bad...could be worse

This is (or rather, was) the lowest end of all the Frog's I have seen. Minimal equipment other than the basics. Heavy on the legs machines for some odd reason.. Looked like a converted Bally's or 24-Hour...

Didn't want to pay to renew the lease and closed! No other Frogs near this location. They gave me a good rate to sign up for the Mission Valley location. However, it's much farther from my house.

Clean, Big, Nice

Great gym with plenty of room. Cardio machines are upstairs so you can work out with privacy and have an arial view of the rest of the complex. Not much free weight space to move about. Locker rooms are nice...
