The main loan officer C.V. is horrible! She kept me in the fog the whole time. I had to call her for all of the follow up and even then I didn't get the correct information. She had 3 months to make my house transaction go through and it didn't even happen on time!!! I have a 805 credit score so it wasn't due to my problems; its due to her being lazy!!! Go somewhere else if you actually want to purchase a home!
