After my initial issue with an employee, Luis (the owner) gets an A rating for how he resolved the situation. Not only did he personally oversee the repair of my vehicle, but took the time from his very busy shop to sit down with me and discuss the initial issue to my satisfaction. I left the shop with a car in great repair, excellent advice as to what I need to do next, and feeling very good about encountering a shop owner who really cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Bee Creek Automotive to anyone.
