My suit and dress shirt came back covered with lint and hair. I told the owner I did not think I should have to lint role all of my items between the dry cleaning and wearing them to an important appointment. She said their was nothing she could do about it, that it was stuff in the air. I told her I did not have that problem at other dry cleaners, and that if she could not make it right, I would be taking my business elsewhere. She did not care one bit, and allowed me to leave with my lint covered suite and shirt, knowing I would never come back.
