I have been to Mario's twice before and had a wonderful stylist. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember her name and went to a different stylist this time. She never gave me her name and rushed me in and out. I asked for a trim and for my short layers to be reshaped. She gave me a short bob instead. She also blowdried my thin hair straight and flat to my head and put a lot of greasy product in it. She took another client so quickly I didn't even get a chance to complain...I had to come home and wash it out. There are some good stylists at Mario's but if you get a tall, tan, woman with long curly red/blond/brown hair, ask for someone else!
