Mardini's is an eclectic place with a somewhat Mediterranean flair. That description allows a lot of flexibility with their menu, but I would not get hung up on the terminology. There are mostly Americanized...

Mardini's is the armpit of Snohomish and a disgrace to our town. Not only does he cheat his employees, he cheats the customers on quality, service and often you will find extra charges on your bill....

When in Snohomish, walk around the town and enjoy the antique district. However, pass by Mardini's and go basically anywhere else. The food is just not good, the prices are too high, there's practically no one in there (never a good sign for a restaurant) and the owner is smarmy and just an ass. I can't remember an owner talking down to and about so many people - talk about unprofessional! I don't mind spending money for a memorable experience, but only when it's positive. This is a big, fat negative.
