Dr. McCollum is Great

I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience with Dr. McCollum. He's been wonderful to me, and to my sister-in-law. Very nice staff, and not very long waits.

Horrible Experience!!

On my first visit with Dr. McCollum he laughed at me when I was telling him my health history and that I had a disease confirmed by biopsy at Vanderbilt. He then told me I didn't have it even though it was very evident that I did. My subsequent visits went just as poorly. Several visits with Nurse practitioners who never really treated the problems I came in for. Scheduled visits with Dr. McCollum would be canceled prior to the visit and re-scheduled for a later date. He missed heart defects and problems and didn't listen to much of anything I said during the visits. Ignored critical problems and obvious illnesses. Mis-diagnosed asthma and discredited me to a specialist that then failed to also treat asthma problems withlow 02 sat.
