The Most Wonderful Cut In Have Ever Had!

I being new in town went in to see Debbie. I explained to her the cut I wanted and got exactly what I wanted and more! It was what I needed! I save myself at least an hour in the mornings now! Not to mention I look much younger! She is the best!

The best I have ever had!

I have recently been to Avalon and had an appointment with Debbie. She matched my color up with the previous color perfectly. In fact, I believe it looks better because it doesnt have any grey in it at all, and it has a shine in it. The color last longer too!

Gave me exactly what I DIDN'T want

I went in with a clear idea of what I wanted and with two pictures. Debbie looked at them, listened to me, and said she understood. And then she cut my hair completely differently, into a style which is the absolute worst thing...I HATE it. It looks nothing like what I wanted. It looks nothing like those pictures I showed her. I am going to have to get my hair re-done (by someone else! I don't trust her at all) and it will have to be much shorter than what I originally wanted to fix what she did. All I can figure is that her positive reviews online, which led me to make an appointment with her, were posted by friends and family of hers and not clients. Or maybe she wrote them all.

Horrible!!!!!

Debbie ruined my hair! I had an appointment for Debbie to color my hair, I was very clear about what I wanted with her, even showing her actual color samples. My hair is naturally sandy blonde, but had gotten bleached out from a trip to Hawaii last year. I told her I wanted a natural sandy, beige blonde as close to my natural color as possible, with subtle lighter blonde highlights. I told her over and over that I did not want my hair "bleached" She didn't highlight my hair as I asked her to, instead she put an all-over color on my hair. She left the color on for over 45 min. While she was outside smoking, my scalp was burnt. When she washed the color out I was horrified. She had bleached my entire head an ugly and very unatural platinum, yellow blonde and my hairline around my face, and crown was yellow-white! I wanted pretty, soft, and subtle blonde highlights. My hair looks like a 4 year old dumped a bottle of bleach on my head. She did the exact opposite of what I asked her for, didn't listen to me whe I told her repeatedly that I did not want my hair "bleached" she didn't do any highlighs or lowlights that I asked for, she simply covered my entire head with bleach, burned my scalp, she didn't style my hair because she said she didn't feel like standing there blowing it out, isn't that what I was paying for,and then charged my $95! For what! On her website she says she specializes in color, and that permanent all-over color, which isn't what I wanted, is $55!
