Unusual Service

Normally Ilove Red Robin. Last month was really wierd. I gave the hostess my name and said there would be 3 of us. I was told the wait would be about 10 minutes. We waited a half hour and I asked about the long time. She said she called my name earlier. Only problem she called the name Carla not Carol. So I didn't respond. She acted like I gave her the wrong name! They did seat us. I ordered my favorite drink, Arnold Palmer...half ice tea, half lemonaid. The very watery and warm drink arrived. I ordered a burger that was almost raw in the middle so I sent it back. It came with very greasy fries. I was told by the waiter they were garlic fries with a lot of melted butter. I asked for regular fries, which NEVER arrived. When I asked for another drink the next one was worse. The waiter never came back. Not a good experience.
