We hired this office twice. The first time we fired them was due to a SEVERE lack of communication. We would call and leave urgent messages, and not get a call back for two or more weeks... By that time, we had already done whatever we needed to do on our own. They took a chunk of our money out of my husbands disability and didn't even have the decency to call us back. We gave them a second chance, upon their promise that it would be different and they were SO sorry. Needless to say, that didn't last long. The only thing they did was make a copy of my husbands medical file and take 10% of his disability... If you are looking for help, don't bother with this office, especially if Pamela is still the legal assistant (we only spoke to Mr. Bryan twice, both times when we were signing the papers to let him take our money!)...
