Great Stylist

If I hate to rate Ultimate U on a scale of 1-10 I"ll give them a 10 The staff is very polite & friendly. Vanessa is great she really knows what she is doing she is the best around the Silver Spring,Wheaton,Rockville, and Gaithersburg area. And I mean that literally. I've been around to different hair salons and none can compare to Vanessa. Now the wait is long but it is worth it.

Very Long wait, but good service

The people are very nice and polite. The Shampoo Assistant is awesome. But the wait is extremely long. For a shampoo, wrap and style I was in there for 4 hours. In the end, I was pleased with my style.
