good service poor results

The service was great very friendly and welcoming, but when it comes to my hair the stylist did the complete opposite of what I wanted. My hair did not have any highlights and was all one color.Also there were spots of dye I could not get off my skin so I could not put my hair up the next day for work so it wouldn't look so bad before I could go to get it fixed.
