I had work done by dependable builders a few years ago with a 100% guarantee on it I still have the original contracts,however the plumbing on both bathrooms is leaking and it has cause me to have to replase thue upper bathroom floor because it is always wet and the cealing in the downstairs bathroom is bubling up the wood that they placed under the bathtub that they installed is rotted out and the basement floor under that bathroom stays wet because that pipe is constantly leaking. I tried to call the office but the number was convienently disconnected and I think that they shoud have to honor their contract or at least their insuracne company should if they were really liscensed and bonded. my house is ruined.
