Ray is great----Owner is awful

I've gone to this salon because Ray was highly recommended. He definitely deserves this recommendation because he is a great guy and a terrific stylist. However, on my most recent visit, I was overcharged (by...

Excellent hair by Laine O. at InsiderPages

I've heard from several people I worked with that this is the place to go. They've all raved over Luce for highlights and Ray for highlights and cut. They are a little pricy but worth it if you get what you...

Haircut is good, very disappointed with owner

I had been going to this salon for about a year (a total of 3 or 4 times)and was satisfied each time, though it was rather pricey ($50 plus tip). However, the most recent time I went, the salon owner was the on at the desk to pay when I was finished (usually it is a different lady). He charged $60 without explanation. I paid the $60 and didn't mention it, thinking the prices have gone up, but I have been bothered by that since, as there was no explanation posted or given at the time. So, a few days later, I called the salon to inquire (anonymously) about the prices and was told the range is between $40 and $50. I hope the $10 he overcharged me is worth the price of a regular customer.

I like it there

It is not a cheap place to go to get your hair cut--their prices are high but I am always happy with my haircut and the wonderful people who work there

The worst Salon in the Tri-State Area

I Have been going to upscale salons for 30 years. Never before have I experienced a bigger rip-off then this over priced filthy dump. The decor is horrible, the place is dirty, and the only thing uglier then the haircut you will receive will be the owner's face who you must pay an exhorbitant amount on your way out. Sincerely the owners face looks like the other side of the moon. He redefines the word ugly, and his attitude is even worse. Buyer beware!
