Before anyone makes a trip to Hinzes wanted to let you know they are closed. Not surprised, their employees were rude. Lines were long in the beginning, food was okay, but why go back to be insulted?

I happened to be an out patient waiting for a test at Methodist Sugar Land recently and Hinzes Barbecue was catering lunch for Employee appreciation. I had to sit there over 2 hours smelling that great food...

The food was good, the portions were huge and the prices were pretty good too. The tables were clean and that makes for a nice experience. They had great parking and seating as well.
