This restaurant serve very rare seafood dishes that you can't even find it in Hong Kong and can only be found here throughout the USA. It is very authentic.

Ming Dragon serves the best Szechan beef that I have found. I like to pair it with pan fried noodles. It is family owned and very friendly. They also offer a very good egg foo yung, one of the few I like.
