Have to bump up my review a star because of a good recent experience. My kid's bike's chain was falling off and they made some minor adjustment while I waited for $15 plus parts. Much better.

Blue Sky is a good bike shop in Saratoga Springs. They carry a few different lines of bikes, including Serotta custom bikes. The service dept is excellent.
