HORRIBLE

Two bad!!! experiences, my daughter just wanted a trim, and barely got that, just to trim off spit ends. Myself-wanted a cut, after barely 3 minutes, she was done!!! I had to insist twice to cut more, my bangs weren't even touched at first, and still not done right. Bad service, many excuses for the wait, and not worth the time or money!!! Very poor quality.
