User Reviews of Santa Clara Center

Getting my history is impossible

Three yrs. ago I paid Camino Medical to get my medical history. I had a long relationship with this group. They sent a very limited history to the requesting physician where I retired in Wash. State. At this time I am being checked with yearly scan etc... and it is impossible to check my past history of mamograms, tests. The record keeping of that group is abominable. . I feel that this group should be investigated and fined. I did notice that while I belong to it that most of the service employees could speak English but did have a limited understanding of the English language. This needs to change due to the fact that medical hospital handle very important informations. The other major problem that I had, was to be refused service when I broke my knee cap one week before my move. I was told to get help in Wash. State where I had no one. Finally, after a lot of begging, one week with a broken knee cap the doctor in question did operate, the result was a blood cloat in my left knee that occured because the operation happened on the day of my move and I had to be driven for 2 days to Wash. State. I will never forget the anguish and pain that I went through because of that doctor. All this information is OK to check as it happen during the month of Feb. 2004. Ariane Lesmez
