The staff here took great glee in ruining my daughter's Masters Graduation Celebration. I had a cake ordered and delivered and had made arrangements ahead of time, and when we got there they refused to seat a party of 7 because 1 as not yet there, despite having told me on the phone I would have no problems. They gave away the table as I was standing there, begging them to please not, he would be there any second, told them of the cake and pre arrangements. The hostess was horrid in her smile and supreme catty manor. They chagred us 18% service charge without telling us and on top of that we also gave a 20% tip, so........horrible experience and they were doubly rewarded, they could have TOLD us of the service charge, not simply pocketed that large a tip. I was almost in tears begging to be seated with the invited group.
