The service is very poor. They don't let customers know when ther orescription is ready, and the didn't return my Medco card the last visit. I asked them why they didn't call to inform me that they forgot to return the card. They stated that they don't make calls. We had to look eveyplace for the card because they didn't have the courtest to call!!! This Med-x doesn't seem to care about customers, I will take my business elsewhere unless I receive a reply to this email.
