My son has Down Syndrome and had special inserts made for his feet which we needed to find shoes for. The store manager there is great with these inserts and is familiar with fitting shoes for them....

This place is located inside the Richmond Hilltop Mall, this is about the only reason I go to this mall for this store. They are very friendly, and will be happy to size your baby or toddler shoe...

Stride Rite has the booties and shoes for toddlers and children. The staff is friendly and helpful when seeking good shoes for children. Inventory includes hard to find sizes and widths in fashionable styles....
