overall a terrible experience, though the frame came out decently. the shop had been referred to me by a curator college of mine at the huntington library, but it is not a referral that i'll pass on....

I am a San Marino resident who is shocked by the way the owners of The Frame Shop Ltd treat their customers. The husband and wife team are condescending and rude. They make every experience in the store unpleasant. I will never go back in there. There are too many other nice gift shops in the area to choose from.
