They defend their silly business practices for instance making up a lesson prior to missing it- My grandmother passed and upon calling in to say we wouldn't be there for two lessons because the funeral was held out of state. I was told we had to make it up before we missed it or lose it. Not exactly something I could do under the circumstance so your company gets to keep the money...nice.
