mom and pop practice

Dr. West has no dental assistants, except for a grouchy receptionist. She is nice and kind, like a mother, but she spent a lot of time answering phones calls from her seven children, and chatting with other patients. Plan to sit in the chair for at least three hours no matter what treatment is needed. Her practice and skills remain at the rural town dentist level. If you are retired, or is a mother with children who does not mind waiting around, she is OK.
