Meaning, it's a pleasure to do business with Alain Baume. He was always willing to share his knowledge about the products I was considering and never pressured me in any way. Unfortunately, I had a problem with the Tag Heuer watch I purchased, nothing to do with the jeweler, and he never once hesitated to offer a resolution that was to my complete satisfaction.
