I recently came to Utopia to have my property managed by them. During the process of getting my property rented out my father passed and I just wanted to say Thank you. I appreciate the professional way in which you handle my issues.

thanks Utopia! I have a property that Utopia rents out for me. I got my statement in the mail...I really didn't understand how to read the report. I called the girl in the accounting office there. She was very patient and friendly while explaining the report to me. I appriciated her taking time and not making me feel like she had others to do. thanks for the great customer service.

I was real happy when I rented a house thru Utopia because they were very good about taking care of my maintance needs. I know they had to contact the owner and wait for a response but they did not leave me hanging out there waiting. They have good techs that called me and came out to do the repair so I was not going the weekend without a kitchen sink. thanks for your concern.

We hired Utopia to manage the renting of our home, they did so in a timely manner. It was not until the new tenants called to cancel due to a change in job relocation the morning they were suppose to move in. Of course I was upset, but due to the diligence of my property manager at Utopia, a renter was found before the weekend ended. I have complete confidence that Utopia has an able staff that goes above & beyond to get the job done.

So far my experience with Utopia has been really good. I was able to search all of their properties and view pictures on their website. Online I found two properties I was interested in and was able to view them both over the weekend I was in town. They made the process convenient by allowing me to apply on line and made my relocation from Arizona to San Diego much easier. My manager there is really easy to get along with and I have not had any problems getting a hold of them.

Utopia has been wonderful...I own a pool serviceing Co.I submitted my invoice to the accounting dept girl...she noticed that I had made a mistake in my billing. Instead of not paying the bill at all...like I have expirienced with other companies...she called me right away and we fixed the issue. I had a check within 15 days. It's great working with such efficient folks.

I just signed up to have my condo rented out with Utopia Management and it was on the rental market only 1 day and it was rented! I found out that the property manager showed it at 7:30 in the morning and had it rented by 3:30 that same day. I am so happy that they were willing to change their work hours to accommodate this woman because my condo is in a bad part of town.

have been renting a townhome from Utopia Management for 2 years now and decided that it was time I recognized them as a professional and honest company. My reason is that there was a leak that started in the closet. It spread and mold started to grow before I realized it. Utopia jumped into action and got the right people in to remove the wall and take care of the leak and mold. I was thankful that they did'nt blame me for the problem and that they moved quickly and proceeded correctly according to the law. The last place I rented was terrible. Thanks Utopia for cleaning up the mess and restoring my life back to normal

I have been renting out my house for a while with other management companies. I am now with Utopia and I really like the results I am getting with the maintence dept.My tenants are happy because as soon as there is a problem the maintance dept takes care of it. I have an old house and I need things fixed so they dont cause other problems. The property manager is also very good at what she does.

Review: I was worried that my townhome would not rent before I moved out. Utopia was able to find a quailfied person and they moved in 3 days after I moved out. I could not have done this without them. I want people to know that having a management service is the best way to go they can take care of so much like even the cleaning etc and I just had to pack and move. Reviewed on: Dec 16, 2008

One word, AWESOME. I was having alot of financial issues and needed to rent my property ASAP. Utopia came highly recommended to me, so I figured I could give them a try. From the moment I first called I got excellent customer service. From the receptionist being extremely friendly and helpful, to the new business department being so efficient and knowledgeable, to my property manager who is wonderful with communicating and got my place rented so quickly!! I am very happy with my choice to use utopia.

Thanks for renting out my condo so quickly for me. I am writing this review to say thanks for doing a great job with handling my condo. I was still living in my condo when Utopia rented it out. They were on time and called me with the appointment times. They nevern let the cat out! I feel very secure letting them handle my condo while I am out of the country for the next 2 years.

I am extremely happy with the service I've gotten from Utopia. I am a property owner and brand new to the rental game, but Krista took the time to explain everything to me in detail and gave great suggestions based on her experience. And, they ended up finding a well qualified renter within just a few days. Which was really nice because I was getting tired of paying mortgage and rent. I can really tell that they care, and am looking forward to a long relationship with them while I rent my condo.

I recently purchased a foreclosed home as an investment property. I also needed to find a property management company with the background & experience to handle renovating it & renting it out. I had the pleasure of working with a one of the most enjoyable people I have ever met. Not only did they renovate the home in a timely manner, they kept it within my budget & rented it before the work was completed. Best customer service I have seen in a long time.

I just moved to San Diego and i was having the hardest time trying to find a place to live. I finally decided to use a property management company and Utopia was highly recommended to me. From the moment i called they were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very efficient with returning my phone calls and answering any questions i had. I was in my new place before i knew it. They made finding a home very easy and stress free for me. I would definitely use this company again!!

I have rented my house in the past but now it is time for me to get help. I have always paid the water and trash and my tenants never lasted they always had problems. I found Utopia and they have been wonderful. I have new tenants, they are paying more rent and the water and trash. I recommend hiring a professional I recommend Utopia management.

I have been renting from Utopia in the North Park area for a little over four years. I have had a lot of good experiences with renting from this company. Having been a renter for many years I know how some companies just don't care about the renter all they care about is if they get the rent. That is NOT the case with Utopia Managment when ever I have had a problem with my home they sent someone to take care of it right away and when I hit some hard times about a year ago my Manager worked out arrangements with me until I could get back on my feet again instead of just kicking me and my family out on the street. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company who cares.

We had to move recently and my husband and I were having a hard time selling our house. Renting our property was our last resort. We were nervous about renting our property because we had heard stories about properties that were damaged by renters. We have been happy with our entire experience at Utopia the staff has been great and very patient dealing with all of our questions and concerns. We feel better knowing our property is being taken care of by the people at Utopia.

I have never had to rent out my condo before but since I am in the military I needed help. I found Utopia to be very professional and they took care pf the painting and cleaning. What happened is that I ordered something that was on back order and I forgot about it. The tenants called Utopia and they came out to pick it up. It was so nice to have an office that is open durning regular business hours so I could pick up my package. I like the people that work there, I could count on them.

I recently went to a showing and I must say the property manager really took the time to show us around the place and had the answers to all of our questions and concerns. We have looked at many other properties and we did not receive the treatment as we did with Utopia, and from that experience we rented the property from them.

I live out of state and have owned property in San Diego for more than fourteen years. Utopia Management has been my Property Managers for a little of three years, choosing them as a Management Company is one of the best decisions I've made I wish I would have done it long ago. I used to have to fly to San Diego several times a year to make sure my property was being maintained but now that I am with Utopia I don't have to. They are doing a wonderful job, from the Resident Manager they have placed at the property, the helpful accounting department to my reliable Property Manager and her assistant this company works as a team to make sure my property as well as my tenants are taken care of. I can rest assured that my property is the best hands it could be in and I now have more time for me and my family.
