Terrible Customer Service

This is now Bob Baker's Better Way Service Center. The staff was not friendly, the shuttle took twice as long as I was told (made me late to work), not only was my car not washed - they left trash in my car as...

NOPE

My fiance and I went to buy a new ford and trade in his old one they wanted us to downgrade and would not work with us on a price of a used car. So we went to Bob Baker Chevy in El Cajon.
