I have reservations about clubs rules

I am a member of the Spectrum Athletic Club on Pat Booker Rd. I do like the club facility itself, but rules are not enforced and I am not happy with children of about the age of 8,9 or 10 going in to the women's area and dressing area with their mothers. It is a very uncomfortable feeling when one is dressing or undressing to work out when all of a sudden there is a male youngster walking in the area with their mother to use the facilities, or, a youngster using the excercise machines while the mother is working out. The child is not to be in a women's are at all. I have reported this but it's not working. I have tried going at different times but I'm still running into this problem. And it is a problem especially when I was told the woman's area is private.
