Terrible Service

Ordered from them Monday afternoon, paid for the product to be sent fed-ex. They didn't bother to call fed-ex till wednesday morning. now it's friday and i still haven't received my goods. Disgraceful service with no apologies. Incompetence Incarnate! You've been warned!
